All temoo standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped domestically or internationally, including free shipping.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@temoo.shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@temoo.shop. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.


Note: Temoo will ship all of our sellers' products and all sellers must add this shipping policy to their stores.

Refund Policy

All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days of delivery.

Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are significantly different from the product description are allowed for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. If there is any damage on the return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will work our best to resolve the issue and ensure you are not left waiting. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.

For defective products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@temoo.shop – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing support@temoo.shop with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use the trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover customs fees for returns)
Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

1) Any parts that are missing or haven’t been shipped with the rest of the package.

2) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@temoo.shop

regular-priced items may be refunded and discounted items may be refunded too.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, There are no fees for returns.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items, buyer remorse such as incorrect color, size, product, or model ordered are not eligible for a refund.
Buyers are requested to do their due diligence before making the purchase. The buyer agrees to buy the products at the displayed price at the time of purchase.

After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
